Visitors Car park

Most apartments in The Élan have their own parking spaces.  There is also a visitor parking area which has 28  spaces. This is a security area which is under full surveillance. Residents are not permitted to park in the visitor spots or access their visitors into these spots unless directed to by the concierge. All visitor parking must be booked in advance with the concierge. There is a limit of 2 visitors spaces that can be used at any one time per apartment. Vehicles from the previous night are to vacate the following morning by 8:00 am midweek and by 10:00 am weekends.

The visitor is to drive up to the last of the Élan's 3 gates on the Kings Cross Rd side which is marked visitors. Then press the numbers 613 followed by the bell symbol on the intercom and wait for a reply from the concierge. The concierge will need to know the apartment being visited and the length of time the visitor would like to use the car park for. Failure to provide these details will result in the visitor being denied access to the car park. After the visitor provides the required details and provided a spot has been booked by the resident a car space will then be allocated. Click here for tutorial

After parking in the allocated spot the visitor is then to walk back past the entry gates which will bring them to a sliding door that provides entry to the building foyer. They are then to confirm the details with the concierge.

On exiting the car park the visitor is to drive to the exit gate then press the numbers 613 followed by the bell symbol on the intercom and wait for a reply from the concierge then provide the visitors spot you are leaving.

If the intercom is showing horizontal flashing red lines please wait. This is a busy signal as someone is already using the intercom from the other car park gate. If you are cut off also please wait and buzz again.
