Most deliveries, such as courier deliveries or boxes of wine can be left at the concierge desk for later collection if the resident is not home. The deliveries are usually kept in the building managers office which is behind the concierge desk. The resident can collect their delivery with their mail at the concierge desk. If it is required the concierge can sign for your delivery. This can be without notification.

If you require the delivery to be left inside your apartment, (boxes of wine, groceries, etc) you need to leave the details of the delivery and authorise access at the concierge desk in the morning. Unless you have provided authorisation we do not provide access to your apartment. If you have a delivery stored in the building managers office could you collect it as soon as possible as we can be very cramped for space. There are an enormous number of deliveries to The Élan each day and the building staff appreciate the cooperation of the residents in both these areas.

For large deliveries there are 3 trolleys that are available for residents usage. They are kept in a secure area next to the concierge desk. If you require a trolley see the concierge.

Large deliveries such as white goods are not to come through the foyer and will require advance notification. The more notification the easier it is for the staff to coordinate the use of our service yard and of our goods lift. If the delivery is a full move in or out of an apartment then 48 hours notice is required.
